Steven has had over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, working as a project manager and client coordinator. He has taken further education to also acquire a Certified Negotiation Expert (‘CNE’) certification . As a project manager and client coordinator, he has dealt with high profile clients on a daily basis. The environment in which Steven has worked in has been high pressure, with tight deadlines and long working hours. As a result, Steven has a very high capacity for work and a technical and goal oriented mindset.

As a result of his experience as a highly effective client coordinator and project manager, Steven has honed his customer skills to a keen edge. Able to rapidly establish a strong relationship with his clients, Steven believes that a client relationship based on trust and reliability is the real reason behind the success of any service rendered. Buying or selling a house is a monumental undertaking and people need a realtor who genuinely cares and is in a position to understand their needs and find a property that matches accordingly.
