Kaye also specializes in working with those over 50, as a Senior Real Estate Specialist, “Their needs may include adapting the present home, right-sizing to a smaller home with less maintenance, or moving into a care facility” she says. In addition, Kaye has also earned the coveted Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation, specializing in the needs of Buyer-clients.


Before becoming a REALTOR® with industry leader EXP Realty and prior to that, the highly successful brokerage, REMAX of Nanaimo, Kaye worked in Customer Service for almost 20 years, which has greatly lent to this career. “I have developed the necessary listening and communication skills and patience to help clients understand the process of buying and selling a home.”
