About Stasia

Stasia originally hails from the Comox Valley but has become part of the community around her using her extensive knowledge of the various towns and neighorhoods around the Cowichan Valley and Mid Vancouver Island. Stasia now calls Ladysmith home where she and her husband are raising their two daughters.

Having moved to Ladysmith 7 years ago, Stasia left her job in the Planning and Development Department of the Comox Valley Regional District where she helped realtors and their clients learn the bylaws around what can be done on different properties. She also was responsible for working on building permit applications. Her previous work career has afforded her a great deal of in depth knowledge and understanding of land development and building opportunities that can't be found with most realtors.

Stasia's goal is to help families move into the right house for them. One that will grow and work around each family’s needs or, on the flipside, help people downsize when moving into the next exciting part of life.
