About Markus

Having been a licensed Realtor since 1986 in Vancouver, I relocated to the Island in 1995 and have been involved in Real Estate, Sales and Marketing ever since. Having owned my own Renovation - Window Dealership, aside from being helpful with your homepurchase, I’ve a keen eye in recognizing quality and cost of repairs.

I’ve lived all over Canada from Ontario to the Yukon as well as Mexico and the US for a short time. Being born and raised in Germany for 19 years, I love being here the best and enjoy showing people the area around Parksville, Qualicum, and Nanaimo. Last 2 years, my wife and I have been enjoying Mexico. As a result, I’ve expanded my business with EXP to be able to serve my clients in Mexico as well - specifically in Barra de Navidad and Melaque.
